This year’s traditionally in-person gala has transformed into a trendy Zoom gathering where diverse voices converge to discuss the theme, "The Future I See."

About the Event: In response to the ongoing global changes, this year's theme, "A Changed World: Challenges and Opportunities," explores the post-COVID future. Are we ready for what comes next? This virtual gathering will feature 17 distinguished speakers and is expected to attract nearly a hundred participants, ranging from industry leaders to bright young students, all coming together to share insights and perspectives.

• Panel 1: "A Changed World: Challenges and Opportunities"—When the pandemic began to ravage New York in early March, NYYER took immediate action by organizing fundraisers and donating medical supplies. Now, as New York enters Phase Four, we aim to lead a constructive discussion about the future, addressing the challenges and opportunities ahead.

• Panel 2: "Dialogue Between Generations: Confusion and Enlightenment" - After months of mandatory home confinement, generational differences in viewpoints and lifestyles have emerged. This panel features a unique setup with middle school and college students sharing their candid thoughts, providing a fresh perspective for the older generation. Moderated by NYYER chairwoman Mrs. Huang Ya-Cun, a mother of three, this session offers a rare opportunity for parents to gain insights into the younger generation’s mindset.
